The NWS Office in North Webster has completed their damage assessment of the tornado touchdown in the Nappanee area and confirmed that it was an EF3 tornado. While this event was outside the Central Indiana Skywarn area, the system started developing in our area and, hopefully, our reports helped the North Webster office develop the warnings that they issued for their coverage area.
